Hello, Wardens.
This is Rememento - White Shadow Operations Team.

 

An issue was identified in which the scheduled Nemonic Supply reward for the [Mysterious Black Box Event], originally set to be delivered on August 9 (Sat) at 00:00 UTC, was delayed due to a letter system malfunction on both the Global and Japan servers.

 

We understand that many Wardens were unable to receive the reward properly at the intended time, and have therefore decided to provide the following compensation to all players.
