We have identified an issue in the ongoing “Luck is on My Side” event where the additional roulette rewards based on participation count are not being properly granted.

Our investigation found that after the v1.6.0 update on Aug 6 (Wed), the roulette participation count appeared correctly in-game but was not actually being saved in the system.

As a result, the participation count currently displayed in-game may differ from the data saved in the system. Please note that any roulette participation after 03:00 UTC today is now being recorded correctly.

Depending on the time of your participation on Aug 8 (Fri), you will be able to claim the accumulated roulette rewards 2 or 3 days later.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this event error and ask for your understanding as we will be providing the following compensation to all Wardens.
