Dear Wardens,

This is the Rememento - White Shadow Operations Team.

 

Before sharing this announcement, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to all Wardens who have shown love and support for Rememento - White Shadow since its launch.

 

As part of our preparation for a complete relaunch, we have decided to temporarily suspend the service of <Rememento - White Shadow> as of Thursday, November 27, 2025 (UTC).

 

We understand how disappointing this news may be, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

However, we firmly believe that this decision is a necessary step toward creating a more refined and complete version of the game that can truly meet your expectations.

 

To ensure transparency and fairness, we will also proceed with a refund process for unused Glowing Memory.

Please review the detailed schedule and refund procedure below.


[Service Suspension Schedule]

 

■ October 29, 2025 (Wed) 08:00 (UTC)
- The purchase of paid currency “Glowing Memory” will be discontinued.

- Content schedule prior to service suspension:
・No further updates for new Nemonics
・Pickup Nemonic & Rememento Recall: Chesha and Cael Pickup Recall available

 

■ November 27, 2025 (Thu) 07:00 (UTC)
-  Downloads for <Rememento - White Shadow> will be disabled on the App Store, Google Play, Epic Store, and the official website.

- Global server operations will be suspended.

- Posting on the Naver Lounge will be restricted.

 

■ December 31, 2025 (Wed)
- The Naver Lounge and related community channels will be permanently closed.

※ The official Discord and X (formerly Twitter) channels will remain active.

 

[Refund Information]

 

■ Refund Application Period

- October 29, 2025 (Wed) 08:00 – November 27, 2025 (Thu) 07:00 (UTC)

- Refund payments will be completed within 6 months after the application period ends.

 

■ Eligible Refunds

- Unused paid currency “Glowing Memory” purchased between December 18, 2024 (Wed) and October 29, 2025 (Wed) 
prior to maintenance, and not used before the end of service.

 

■ Important Notes

※ Only unused Glowing Memory remaining as of November 27, 2025 (Thu), the suspension date, will be eligible for refund.

Glowing Memory used before the suspension date cannot be refunded.

※ Event or bonus Glowing Memory is not eligible for refund.

 

■ How to Apply for a Refund

- Please submit a refund request through the in-game [1:1 Inquiry] feature.

A confirmation email will be sent to your registered address once your request is received.

 

※ In-Game Inquiry Steps

- Main Screen → Settings (⚙) → [Account] (Headphone icon at the bottom of the left menu) → [1:1 Inquiry]

- Alternatively, Main Menu → Settings (⚙) → [Account] (Headphone icon) → [1:1 Inquiry]

- For any questions about remaining purchased items or currencies, please contact us through the in-game [1:1 Inquiry].

Until the final day of service, we will do our utmost to ensure that all Wardens can continue to enjoy Rememento - White Shadow without inconvenience.
