Dear, Wardens. 
This is Rememento - White Shadow.

Since the announcement regarding the relaunch decision earlier in October, 
many of Wardens have shared their concerns, words of support, and a variety of valuable feedback.

These responses have provided the Rememento team with an important opportunity to reflect on the shortcomings we've shown thus far.

We humbly accept this feedback and are now working to reorganize our direction to create a better Rememento.

Above all, we believe that listening to the voices of our Wardens is the most crucial step toward a successful relaunch.

To that end, we are conducting a survey to hear your thoughts directly.

This survey is composed of topics that many of you may have encountered at least once while playing the game, 
and it also includes areas for improvement and inconveniences that our development and operations teams have personally experienced during gameplay.

In addition, we have provided an open-ended response section where you can freely share your thoughts and suggestions.
